  • You must wear a mask at all times.

  • Hand sanitizer stations will be abundant. Surfaces will be cleaned throughout the day especially where food is being prepared and in the toilets.

  • All coffee and drinks are served in single-use disposal cups. Do not bring your own mug, it cannot be refilled (I know!).

  • We will send you an entry time so there is not a crowd trying to enter at the same time. If a line forms please stay distant. Nothing will happen until all have passed by the screening. (Unless you are late then… we will have started without you. Even then our check-in process remains the same.)

  • You will park and enter at the rear of the building.

  • You will have your temperature taken first and if it exceeds 100 degrees F you will not be allowed to enter. A scout is kind - If you are feeling bad on November 14, stay home and we will refund your registration fees.

  • Registration/check-in for the day will be done individually one at a time.

  • You will be organized into a cohort (10 or less) that will socially distance from all other cohorts. Each cohort will be organized by degree. No degree class will have more than 2 cohorts. Each cohort is to socially distance from other cohorts.

  • Food and drinks will be served to you or you will be able to pick an individually wrapped item (touching no others, you know nice to look at, lovely to hold, but if you touch it, it is sold!).

  • Every instructor will supply their own laptop to avoid cross contamination among the faculty.
