Join the Great Trail Council for a unique experience at the Summit Bechtel Reserve!
Friday, June 3, 2022 - Sunday, June 5, 2022
You and your family are invited to create your own adventure weekend at the Summit: Arrive Friday evening, then on Saturday enjoy up to five program options. On Sunday you can add on a white water rafting opportunity. Costs include programs, meals, and lodging.

Program Options
The Summit Package
$250 per person
+ plus additional ammunition fees if choosing the barrels.
The Big Zip
The Zip venue at The Summit features over five miles of zip lines that carry patrons through the trees and over the Summit for high speed challenges.

The best sporting clay course in the country? That’s right. Right here at the Summit. Sixty acres is plenty of room for increased safety and well over 100 stations.
The Bows
You’ve never seen archery quite like this! The Summit will feature traditional training with bows, but you will be able to try something completely new: sporting arrows. Much like the shotgun sport, this archery activity will challenge you!
Mountain Biking
At the mountain biking Adventure Area in Adventure Valley you can try your new skills on a world-class series of biking trails. Too bad you won’t have time to ride them all in one experience – because there’s over thirty miles of them!
The Rocks
The New River Gorge climbing scene offers climbs to match the skills of all comers. We’ve recreated that same experience at The Rocks, a combination of nature and ingenuity that brings the best of the gorge right on site at the Summit. This is man-made climbing, but you might not realize it if we didn’t tell you. Built by the best in the business to blend in with the West Virginia terrain, get ready to boulder, climb and rappel at the Summit.

What do my fees include?
Your lodging and adventure package fees include a Friday evening reception, four meals, plus your adventure package. Add-on packages include the additional activities.
